Taco Meat Filling
French's® Original Taco Seasoning
masa corn flour OR corn meal
Fleischmann's® RapidRise Yeast
very warm milk (120 degrees F to 130 degrees F)
Mazola® Corn Oil
shredded Mexican style cheese
corn chips, partially crushed
BROWN ground beef and drain. Add taco seasoning and mix well.
MIX batter ingredients together in a pre-sprayed 9-1/2-inch deep dish pie plate.
TOP batter with taco meat filling. Pour salsa evenly over meat; sprinkle with shredded cheese and corn chips.
BAKE by placing in a COLD oven; set temperature to 350 degrees F. Bake for 30 minutes or until done.

Vegetable cooking spray
skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound), cut into 1-inch pieces
sliced fresh mushroom (about 3 ounces)
(10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Celery Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
(about 15 ounces) peas, drained
cooked instant white rice
(10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
shredded mozzarella cheese (about 8 ounces)
Heat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray a 10-inch skillet with the cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Add the chicken and cook for 15 minutes or until well browned and cooked through, stirring often.
Spray a 3-quart shallow baking dish with the cooking spray. Place the chicken into the baking dish. Top with the mushrooms. Spoon the celery soup over the mushrooms. Top with the peas and rice. Spoon the mushroom soup over the rice. Sprinkle with the cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the mixture is hot and bubbling.
