Recipe Baileys Salted Caramel Chocolate Pie



Baileys Salted Caramel Chocolate Pie: ♥ this easy icebox pie recipe! The sweet /salty chocolatey caramel combo is killer. Try to use a quality chocolate as this makes all the difference. When you are ready to add the Irish Cream (try Baileys with a With a Hint of Caramel) to your whipped cream, just add it one tablespoon at a time. Beat well between each addition, so the cream will set as a mousse in the fridge, but not so you over-beat the whipping cream. When you combine the cooled melted chocolate with the whipped cream, fold the chocolate into the bowl, and this will help to keep your pie nice and light. I like that you can freeze the pie if you need to have it ready quickly, and don't have time to let it set in the fridge. The Irish Cream is actually much more noticeable this way. RUTH YEAMAN
