Ingredients:
*4 fish steaks (1 lb.)
1/4 C. French dressing
4 Tbsp. bread crumbs
1/4 C. French dressing
4 Tbsp. bread crumbs
Place fish closely together to allow the minimum amount of dressing. Pour dressing over the steaks and marinate for 30 minutes. Dredge steaks in crumbs.
Bake on a broiling rack in a 400 degree oven for about 25 minutes. Baste with rest of dressing if they appear to be dry.
