Impossible Lasagna Pie with Bisquick
1/2 cup creamed cottage cheese
1 lb ground beef Lean
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 6 oz.can tomato paste
1 cup milk
1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix
Spread cottage cheese in a greased 9 inch pie plate.
Cook ground beef then drain it. Stir in 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, salt, oregano and tomato paste, spoon over cottage cheese.
Stir milk, eggs and baking mix with fork until blended. Pour into plate.
Bake 30 to 35 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 1 to 2 mins. or until melted.
One Dish Chicken & Stuffing Bake
4 cups Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing
4 to 6 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
1 can Campbells cream of Mushroom soup
1/3 cup milk
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Mix stuffing, 1 1/4 cups boiling water and 4 tbsp. margarine
Spoon stuffing across center of 3 qt. shallow baking dish.
Place chicken on each side of stuffing. Sprinkle paprika over chicken.
Mix soup, milk, and parsley. Pour over chicken.
Bake covered at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink. * For lower fat stuffing reduce margarine to 1 tbsp.
Prep time 10 mins. Cook time 30 mins. Serves 4 to 6
